I have experience in leasing residential as well as commercial properties. Commercial leasing is fun and challenging because you need to understand the business and the owner's requirements to find the right location to be successful. Most agents won't spend the time to work with residential rentals; however, I think it's important to provide my service and experience as it can be awkward for renters dealing with an owner and vice versa, sort of like a first date. I'm the go-between to make sure it's a win-win outcome. I also provide property owners with a full rental analysis of their property. This will include my opinion of the property's value, comparable rental leases, and sell and hold strategies. Remember, you make money when you buy real estate, not when you sell. There is no better way to appreciate the world and history than to travel. I've traveled extensively for work and pleasure. I've have visited 40 countries and have worked in 14.
