With 21 years in real estate and 15 years working with rental properties, I bring a deep, well-rounded perspective to property management, both as an agent and as an investor. A fun fact: I've personally owned and operated short-term vacation rentals in Athens, Greece (two properties), San Diego, and near Nashville over the past five years, so I know firsthand what it takes to find great tenants, protect a property, and maximize returns. As the broker of Vasa Properties, I offer full-service property management across San Diego County and surrounding areas covering residential and commercial properties alike. Including single-family homes, condos, townhomes, 2–4 unit multi-family, apartment buildings, and small commercial buildings. My services include tenant placement and screening, lease preparation and renewals, rent collection, maintenance coordination through my network of vetted contractors, and regular property inspections all delivered with the transparency and integrity I've built my reputation on.
