I've been a full time realtor for over 22 years. Some of my clients started asking me to manage their properties, and sometimes they made it a condition when they bought their income property with me. Therefore, I've doing property management for the past 16 years. I also manage my own properties. My job is to deliver excellent service to both, landlords and tenants. I like working with people and I like solving problems, so property management is the perfect job for me. In addition I help property owners with their 1031 exchange transaction, and I help them set up plans to grow their portfolio, so they can have positive cash flow when they retire. I am very detailed with my record keeping, accounting and reporting. Honesty, integrity and trustworthy are some of my most important qualities. when performing my job, I always put myself in my clients shoes and I do the job as it was doing it for myself. If it isn't good for me, it is not good for my clients either.
