I am a property manager and licensed real estate agent with 9 years of experience managing single-family, multi-family and student housing properties in the Portland & Denver Metro Areas. As a property manager, I am experienced in leasing, inspections, writing budgets, coordinating maintenance and ensuring the highest level of customer service for both my renters and property owners. I started my career in real estate as an entrepreneur and investor when I co-founded SmartWorks Development Group to redevelop residential properties in order to bring new life to existing homes while utilizing environmentally sustainable materials and design. We also successfully deconstructed homes for the purpose of salvaging reusable building materials such as granite counters, oak flooring and tile roofs to reduce waste and create a tax advantage for our clients. Today, I lead Skyworks' property management division and manage both short and long term rental units. When partnering with a property owner, I work to understand the owner's property goals and help craft strategies to ensure we meet those goals. I believe great management is founded on excellent communication between myself, renters and property owners. This is especially true when considering rental applications for a vacancy as thorough due diligence ensures the right renter is placed in the home, he or she knows what to expect throughout their tenancy and the property owner is informed and comfortable.
