On the business side, we run a tight ship and while we did our best to save and treat our clients' property as we would our own, we don't run shoestring operations; it's not good for owners or tenants. We do things "right" but economize wherever possible without sacrificing quality/durability. From the rentability aspect of properties, we understand what attracts and keeps people happy clients and have an amazing track record on filling rentals with responsible tenants who pay on time. Our vacancy rates are extremely low (averaging a few days to 2 weeks), and (knock on wood) we've had zero evictions. Our property management business is very personal and detail-oriented; our goal is to help our clients maximize profits, grow their portfolio, and to create long-term relationships built on success!
