I own rental properties myself and love finding and keeping happy long term tenants. I am very hands on so that my client/owners, as well as our tenants, get the best service possible. I have been a Realtor for a long time and enjoy helping people find a place they can call home whether they are buying, leasing or renting. Many of my owners and tenants have become friends over the years because they know I will take care of whatever issues they are having with the property in a professional way as fast as possible. We have had some crazy things happen over the years in this business but nothing we couldn't handel. I am a solutions guy and work hard to find one for all situation that come our way. I like to be treated with respect and kindness and I feel you do too, so I do my best to treat everyone as I feel I would like to be treated. I'm not in the real estate business. I am in the people business and I try not to ever lose sight of that attitude no matter what.
