My first deal was a commercial lease, I had no idea what I was doing at the time, but after some training , I was able to negotiate their dream property into their budget! After that I started on Residential Leasing and within a year I helped my Broker start a Property Management company, to service all our clients that had invest with us. After working with that company I learned that Property Management wasn't for me, but leasing was something I really enjoyed! I've gotten to lease out some unique properties, my favorite being The Squeeze Box Theater in Kansas City. And of course I've met a few interesting people along the way, like the guy who offered to pay me with tacos for my leasing services.. I can never say no to tacos! :)
