20 years leasing and managing a multitude of properties from 80 units to 1200; at this point I've seen it all and I continue to go back for more. I love what I do and take great pride in being exceptional at what I do. I do not appreciate those that give property managers a bad name as there is a way to maintain healthy rental income and happy residents. I got into property management because I wanted to do Real Estate and a friend said you're young and Real Estate is expensive to start. She told me to try Property Management first because if I liked it then I would know I liked Real Estate. So I did and I fell in love with the work so much so that it took me 20 years and some kicking and screaming to stop and focus on the Real Estate world. Now, I get to do them both and I wouldn't have it any other way.
