Anastasia Koroleva is the owner of DwellWell Property Management. DwellWell Property Management is a reliable resource to landlords who excel with their real estate portfolios through effective property management that includes in-depth property maintenance, procuring high-quality tenants, and a safety net of reliable vendors which ultimately results in creating better communities in Los Angeles.

Anastasia started her career in property management in 2007 working for one of the largest third party property management company, FPI Management. She quickly moved up from being a leasing consultant to a property manager managing a 180-unit portfolio. She is experienced in all aspects of property management including screening potential tenants, maintenance coordination, dealing with maintenance emergencies such as mold remediation and all other aspects of everyday life of a property manager. Anastasia is also a licensed Realtor and worked as an on-site manager.

Anastasia launched her own property management company DwellWell Property Management in 2020 and currently accepting new clients.
