My husband and I started investing in rental properties in the Greater Cleveland area in January of 2017. We have accumulated experience in purchasing, renovating and leasing of 20 rental properties. We have successfully leased our properties to self paying, section 8 and Eden tenants. As investors we fully understand the importance of finding the right tenant for your rental property. Picking the right or wrong tenant can have a huge impact on the bottom line of your investment. As a real estate agent I will also make sure that we comply by fair housing laws and minimize any risk to the owner. Key points of the service that I will provide to you: Rent recommendation - I will conduct research and use my experience in order to establish a solid estimate of the appropriate rent price and discuss it with you. Marketing -I will take photos of the property, if requested I can produce a virtual tour ($250), Market listing through MLS & Hemlane, conduct Property showings. Application processing - Provide completed applications and background screenings through Hemlane and discuss them with the owner. Leasing -Provide lease, allow access to city or section 8 inspectors for a rental inspection when needed. conduct move-in inspection and hand over the keys to the new tenant. Move-out inspections for old tenants leaving ($125).
