My husband and I have been renovating a multi unit home that will be turned into short term rentals. Fun Fact about one of our current rentals is that it used to have it's own Youtube Channel and had pet goats to maintain the lawncare. I enjoy all aspects of Real Estate from assisting clients on purchasing or selling their homes to assisting them in finding great tenants and in turn making it a great investment for them.
