I obtained my Real Estate License appx 1975 when I returned from College. On my very first day working at my fathers Real Estate office I listed (and eventually sold) a 322 unit apartment building in Queens NY. I subsequently sold that building two more times. In the 1980's we began buying, selling and managing apartment buildings in the NYC area. I continued to do so until my family decided to move to Winston Salem NC in 2013, to retire. Shortly after relocating to Winston Salem I met a property owner who asked me if I wanted to manage her 12 unit apartment building. I couldn't resist. Since that time I have added appx 75 more units to my portfolio. My wife is the controller, we use Buildium software. I also have a maintenance team. We manage apartment buildings, condos, and single family properties, all for investors. References are available upon request.
