My professional background includes Property Management, Multi-Family Leasing, Mortgage & Title, Appraisal Management, Transaction Coordination and Manufactured Home Sales. I am Founder & Chief Administrative Officer of APA Management Solutions, providing administrative & property support services, to real estate investors, landlords, brokers & sales agents. I currently hold an active license as a sales agent with Keller Williams Realty in Farmington Hills, Michigan and am a member of the Greater Metropolitan Association of Realtors. I am currently studying global environments in an effort to understand community housing needs on a international scale with plans to provide consulting services within the United States and abroad. Originally a Construction Management major, my additional academic experience includes studies in Interior Design, Property Staging, Real Estate Management, Kitchen & Bath Design. In my spare time, I enjoy participating in activities with my church, fishing, camping, hiking, traveling, reading, spending time with my family, volunteering and gardening. I purchased and moved into one unit of a 3 unit converted house using FHA financing right after high school... I rebuilt the unit from the studs out and lived there for 2 years until I sold it on a land contract to a fellow who almost instantly defaulted on it! There is that, and 20 years of other mistakes and hard lessons :) Benefit from all the mistakes I have paid for already! Over the last 20 years +, I have purchased and sold dozens of homes for my own investments and many more for clients. In addition to holding and renting some in varying locations from urban to cottages. I have a great amount of construction experience and have purchased (or done personally) millions of dollars in renovations to homes for clients and myself. Foundation and water issues to luxury bathrooms that replicate a spa experience in your home! I have a background in engineering and I watch every dollar like it is my own, striving to not get you the cheapest price, but the best value for every dollar spent.
