I’ve been involved with rental properties for several years, both as an investor and an agent. I owned a rental property in St. Louis, so I’ve experienced firsthand what it’s like to manage tenants, handle repairs, and navigate city inspections. That personal experience gave me a deep understanding of what makes a great investment and how to spot potential red flags before they become problems.

On the professional side, I’ve helped clients find rental opportunities in South Florida and assisted landlords marketing and renting out their properties quickly and efficiently. I love helping make smart real estate decisions that create long-term income and stability.

Outside of real estate, I’m big on fitness and nutrition (I have a degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology as well), and I love exploring new restaurants and spots around Miami and Fort Lauderdale, especially taco places and local pizza joints.
