I have helped multiple clients and friends with the listing and renewal of their investment properties in Arizona and New Mexico. The process includes but is not limited to marketing, staging, repairs, negotiations, writing contracts, final inspections, and making payment arrangements. The experience is not only in single residential homes but also with townhouses and condos. I have personal investments properties in multiple states so I understand the need to have clear communication with clients throughout the process and go above and beyond to make the property owner feel at ease with the process and expectations with not only the tenants but different service providers that provide service to their homes. I cannot do the job of a property manager, so this program will help me provide a level of service to present and future clients that I have been unable to assist with, especially in the maintenance repair and rent collections.
