Nolan was born & raised in Brooklyn, New York. In high school, Nolan grew interested in the hospitality industry prompting him to earn an internship at the 5-star Sherry-Netherland Hotel on 5th Avenue in Manhattan. It was there at the age of 16, that Nolan began to learn the true meaning of exceptional customer service as he worked closely with high-level celebrities and business professionals. After graduating high school in 1998, Nolan attended Johnson & Wales University in Providence,RI specializing in hospitality & sales management. In 2002, Nolan graduated with a B.S. in Sales Management and returned to work in New York in a management capacity. In late 2010, Nolan and his wife Michele decided to pursue a dream and relocate to sunny southern California! Nolan began working as a property manager for Archstone Apartments, where he was recognized on numerous occasions for excellent performance. At Archstone, Nolan enhanced his leadership and customer service abilities. In the years that followed, Nolan has successfully led various teams to excel in customer service, revenue growth & occupancy for both the Irvine Company & Sares-Regis Group. It was in 2016 where Nolan decided to pursue his California Real Estate license and fully utilize many of the skills he acquired throughout his career. Nolan's career is defined by delivering exceptional customer service & helping others achieve their goals.
