I even remember my own personal involvement in the form of sweeping the concrete of a strip mall that was contracted to my Father's company. Over the course of the last 15 years, I have been gaining expertise in the real estate market across different states, acquiring a Broker's and Realtor's licenses= in the process. Moreover, I possess excellent communication skills that let me create lasting relationships with sellers, buyers, contractors and renters. Additionally, I am very knowledgeable in vendor and project management with proficiency in both renovation projects and the development of mixed-use commercial buildings.
