We started out in real estate by purchasing our properties as investments in 2005 and have enjoyed our real estate journey ever since. We first became licensed in 2011 and became a full service real estate brokerage in 2017. We take pride in improving and rehabbing properties and making them more attractive to potential tenants, as well as helping property owners provide a pleasant rental experience for their tenants. We are experienced in both long-term and mid-term residential rentals in and around Houston Texas. We've learned over the years that turnover is expensive! So our number one goal has been tenant retention. For the maximum retention of long-term rentals, we focus on personalized service and strive for good maintenance coordination. For mid-term rentals, we focus on providing beautifully furnished rentals with the same personalized service and maintenance coordination that we provide for long-term rentals to better maximize return on investment.
