Most states strongly recommend or require written lease agreements for all rental terms. Hemlane provides state-specific lease templates that include required disclosures and legally recognized terms which are ready to send with eSign in minutes.

Hemlane automates rent collection from end to end. Tenants pay online, and funds are deposited directly to the owner and not held in a third-party account. 100% of the rent goes directly to you.
