As an active Missouri licensed real estate broker, Carla assists and represents buyers and sellers from around the Kansas City metropolitan area. She specializes in property management, contract negotiation and compliance, single and multi-family residences for tax credit, and Section 8 housing. I have been licensed since 2012 and over the years I've learned an extensive amount of knowledge of the Kansas City Market and have assisted in the sale of hundred of homes. As an agent, my specialties include working with first-time homebuyers, investors, and sellers; though I am capable of anything you throw at me in terms of Real Estate. As a property manager, my specialties include tenant placement, inspections, lease signing & renewals, renovations, repairs, rent collection, rental assistance, Section 8 & more. I value my ability to relate to clients, and thoroughly enjoys being able to break down the buying, selling & management process in a way that everyone can understand. A vital part of my business is to advocate for my clients and encourage them to make smart decisions based not only on the current market, but also in anticipation of future markets. When working with clients, I pride myself in being knowledgeable and honest, focusing on the facts and outcomes rather than persuading them in any sort of way. Outside of Real Estate, I am a busy mom of two boys, Maddox and Logan, and a loving wife. I spend my free time making memories with her family, exploring Kansas City, and supporting local businesses. On First Friday Weekends, I love going to the West Bottoms in downtown KC, and checking out new restaurants in the metro area.

I grew up in metro Illinois, and have always had a fascination with "the big city of St. Louis!". I appreciate the older architecture that can be found throughout St. Louis juxtaposed with all of the exciting newer development in the city. I pride myself in being friendly, honest, and transparent and guiding my clients through the process of buying, selling and renting real estate, with their best interests in mind. All while encouraging them to have fun in the process. Before real estate, I focused on tenant placement and have almost a decade of experience in the residential rental market in St. Louis, working with investors.
