I have a few years managing a few properties. I have been blessed to work with my parents in their own real estate journey. Watching them find properties, manage properties and fix and flips. They gave me the opportunity to manage some properties in which my duties included marketing the properties online, managing the tenant and application process, to managing rent payments, and managing move out process.
