Our journey in property management began during my time in the Marine Corps, when my family rented out our first home after receiving orders. What started as a necessity quickly revealed itself as a passion and a skill.

Over the next 10 years, I assisted Marines across the country in finding qualified tenants and maintaining their properties while they focused on serving our nation. That experience laid the foundation for what is now Semper Gumby Property Management, a division of Semper Gumby Consulting LLC.

With a decade of hands-on experience, my expertise covers all aspects of property management, including:

• Rent collection and management of property fees on behalf of owners • Handling property expenses such as taxes, mortgages, insurance, payroll, and maintenance costs • Providing owners with detailed financial reporting, occupancy updates, and lease renewal tracking • Tenant screening, property showings, and application review in full compliance with anti-discrimination laws • Marketing vacant properties and coordinating with leasing agents as needed • Conducting property inspections and overseeing repairs and material sourcing • Managing vendor contracts for maintenance, landscaping, trash removal, security, and other ongoing services • Resolving tenant complaints, disputes, and rental violations promptly and professionally
