Jacob is originally from a small town in Southern Virginia. He had a modest upbringing where his parents instilled the importance of hard work and dedication. He grew up playing a variety of sports where he learned life lessons such as team work, leadership, composure, and perseverance. Since moving to Washington D.C. in 2012, Jacob has dedicated his time to building a sense of community through his service and work mentoring youth at Citizen Heights Church. His commitment to building community and helping people be successful is also shown through his role at Apple. While at apple he learned how to create transformational experiences by actively listening and finding the right solution. His friendly face, joyful spirit, and light hearted nature make everyone around him feel welcome and at home.
