I worked exclusively in apartment leasing for my first two years in real estate before joining the X Plus Team, the #1 seller of 2-4 unit properties in Chicago, in 2017. I have since gained full ownership of our team of 6 brokers, all of whom have at least two years experience in leasing. Our sales focus on multi family buildings gives us an advantage in helping landlords maximum their rental income. Our advertising strategy is aggressive and all listings include professional photos of the unit, a yard sign if desired, and paid online advertising to help you find the right tenant for top dollar as quickly as possible. I grew up in a small town 2.5 hours south of Chicago and have lived here for 7 years, and I currently live in my own four flat building in Avondale with my partner and our two cute pups, Papa Bear (named after George Halas! Go Bears!) and Shirley.
