My experience on both the tenant and owner side of the transaction helps me serve both parties efficiently. I personally have rented for many years after getting married to my husband, Jonathan. I understand the stresses of looking at multiple places, repeatedly filling out rental applications, and the tireless nights wondering where you will live next. But I also know the sense of relief once you find the right place and sign a lease. Then there is the transition to being a homeowner and then an investor. There are multiple moving components to ensure that your asset is placed in the hands of a responsible party that you hope will care for your home as much as you did. What I feel helps whomever I get the privilege of assisting (tenant or homeowner), it is my knowledge of our beautiful and amazing county of San Diego. This has been my home since the very beginning.
