I have now lived in two of Columbus's "hottest" up and coming areas, South of Main and Franklinton. I know these areas very well, and it keeps me up to date and close to the development in the area. When I am not working in real estate, or looking for deals, I love to sit on the patio at a local brewery and enjoy a beer. We have some of the best craft brews in the country here in Columbus and I really enjoy the beer culture in the city. I also spend my spare time volunteering at a local bicycle coop as a mechanic. I take a very systemic approach to my business and because I am an investor and land lord myself I understand that the success or failure of the property is very much dependent on the up front work of placing a high quality tenant.
