I'm a RE broker in Texas, Florida, Colorado, Alabama, Georgia.. Living in Texas and serving the DFW area.. I have 35+ agents under my brokerage and we also serve the Austin area as well. I flip properties, wholesale properties, and we list them on the open market. Unlike most real estate agents.. I own a bunch of property myself. I usually keep between 15-25 rental properties at a time and have bee investing for over 15 years. We typically sell 150-200 houses a year. I have previously owned a large PM company and built it up to 900 doors, and sold it off. Not looking to do much PM currently. We are always sourcing off market properties for our investors.
