I have owned and operated several rental properties for myself over the years, and have been in the real estate business for over 20 years buying, selling, fixing and flipping properties in Marin, Solano, Sonoma, Napa, Contra Costa, and Sacramento areas. Also, I have experience with managing properties as vacation rentals on both the Airbnb and VRBO sites.

The services I offer for absentee owners is to coordinate getting tenants into properties and handling Move in/Move out processes, as well as annual inspections. In addition, I will facilitate having vendors come in to do needed repairs and/or renovations.

If the situation should arrive that you decide to sell your investment property, I can list them on the market for my clients as well. I offer a comprehensive marketing plan with years of experience behind me in this area.
