I have some 20 years experience with long and short term, furnished and non furnished, rentals. I assist international and domestic corporate relocations as well as production crews, artists and professional sport players with their temporary housing needs while in Atlanta and surrounding metro areas. About a year ago, one of my investors asked me why I would not start managing his rental properties. I must said I had not though about it.
