Born and raised right here in San Jose, I've been assisting our residents with the purchase and sale of real estate for almost 20 years. Being an independent broker, and owner of my office here in Willow Glen, I've been able to offer leasing and property management services to select clients in the past but now because of our partnership with Hemlane, I'm happy to offer our leasing services once again.

Brad grew up in Almaden Valley, a suburban community within San Jose, and as a Bay Area native possesses a vast knowledge of Santa Clara County. He is a second-generation Realtor®, following in his father’s footsteps after graduating from Cal Poly SLO in 2003 with an economics degree, and is now the CEO and managing broker of NextHome Lifestyles, the real estate brokerage that he and his father started in 2018. He also currently operates his real estate sales practice by leading a team of top-tier real estate professionals focused on providing an innovative and creative approach to facilitating the purchase and sale of real estate while ensuring his clients receive the highest level of customer care and satisfaction.
