San Diego has a very low vacancy rate, making the rental market competitive for tenants. I take the time to evaluate all applicants and select tenants who have demonstrated the ability to meet their rents in full and on time.

This rental income stability makes my homeowners happy, and creates the opportunity to properly maintain properties and uphold the long-term viability of rental properties. By staying on top of regular maintenance and repairs and managing turnover well, we ensure that property owners have good resale value in the future.
