I am a Market Specialist for Jason Hartman Investments out of California covering the entire state of Alabama. I find cash flowing properties and present them to investors looking for their next investment. The relationships I have built with homebuilders across the entire state has my phone ringing first when there is exciting news to share about new opportunities or new promotions.
