I have been a full time Realtor for 10 years and work with several investor clients who utilize my services for rental turnovers including, but not limited to lease agreements, tenant placement and screening, repairs, payments and inspections. I also assist owners by providing them with current market data and rental potential.

I absolutely love my job and always provide excellence and professionalism to every project. I am the face for my clients when interacting with tenants and tenant prospects so they are able to focus on other tasks and business opportunities. I am able to put the owner's mind at ease knowing their investment is being handled properly.

I have an eye for interior and exterior design and have very good working relationships with third-party vendors who provide home improvement services. I will usually provide multiple quote scenarios to help the owner determine the needs best suited for their particular budget and project.
