I perform home/property inspections on single family homes, apartments, townhouses, and condos, as well as on commercial properties. Most of my clients are home buyers. I also provide inspection reports for sellers looking for a pre-listing inspection, homeowners interested in identifying issues of concern in their own homes. I inspect rental properties as well with the intention of identifying issues of concern to owners at rental turn-arounds or as part of annual or semi-annual maintenance and upkeep reviews.
The areas in which I've performed the majority of my inspections include South Shore, Grand Crossing, Bronzeville, Auburn Gresham, and Beverly, as well as suburban Evergreen Park, Calumet City, Homewood, Lansing, and others in those areas. I sometimes inspect properties in other locations as well, including Albany Park, Rogers Park, West Town, Ukrainian Village, and the Gold Coast. I am a 50+ year Chicago area native originally from the South Suburbs, now residing in Lockport, IL. Fun fact: I named my company "Uncle Sam" because that's what my nieces and nephews call me.
