Michael is the owner and Designated Managing Broker of Straight-A Realty, LLC. Straight-A Property Management is our management service line offered to our landlord clients. We currently have 10+ doors under management and and we are working diligently to increase our landlord client base.

Michael Applegate, also known as "Real Estate Applegate”® is an accomplished Loan Officer and the Founder and President of Straight-A Realty, Straight-A Property Management and Straight-A Properties. ​ Michael Applegate has a B.A. in Finance and a Masters of Business Administration from Saint Xavier University in Chicago. As a true advocate of exceptionalism, Michael has been a Straight-A student since the 6th grade and graduated from both undergraduate and business school Summa Cum Laude.

Michael's well diversified real estate knowledge, passion for helping others and belief in the higher purpose has fueled his mission to become a pivotal leader in the Chicagoland real estate community.
