Early experience - I worked for a REIT managing large multi family projects. Later began purchasing my properties to own and manage for myself. Recently oversaw a real estate hedge fund. I was in charge of acquisitions, management and disposition of fund assets nationally. Handled all aspect of unit rehab, turns and marketing. Areas of focus are on value add single family and multifamily assets - to rent long term or fix & flip. Assets are acquired primarily through foreclosure, tax deed and note sales, as well as on and off market sources. I have the experience and ability to acquire and manage assets on a national level. I also provide asset management for national clients oversees. I have been in the real estate industry for over 20 years. I have a broad knowledge of the business models and have executed at all levels of the process. I hold undergraduate degrees from Florida State University and an MBA in finance from Florida Atlantic University.
