Erika RodriguezLeasing Specialist and Property Manager

Born and raised in Northeast Los Angeles – Highland Park, to be precise. Erika graduated from Cal State Northridge with a BA in Sociology and Chicano Studies. She worked throughout her college years and successfully received her real estate license simultaneously along with her degree. She dove head on to the real estate world, beginning her experience processing escrows, processing loans and property management. Her experience catapulted in REO when she managed & sold several assets for various banking institutions which was an entirely whole new world of processing real estate. Erika’s knowledge of managing, selling, marketing different aspects and varieties of transactions made her transition into Managing Broker seamless and fully equipped to take on any challenges thrown in her direction.

Erika has learned the invaluable tool of working together as a team – for the benefit of all in transaction to create beautiful and education experiences. She has a passion for marketing, photography, and as a full on Creative. Highly personalized and unique approach in every new experience. There is passion and care she puts into all her work – as every transaction is different, nothing is ever boring, and tries to keep it fun.

She spends her free time volunteering as a crisis counselor, enjoys happy hour with a Mai Tai or margarita at Homestate (no more than 2), but most of all, loves to spend time with her son Ryan and share in his experiences of discovering the world.
