Approachable! I was brought up by my family and peers to fear the landlord and to avoid them. I decided at the point in time, if I ever because a landlord, I want to make sure everyone is able to talk to me as one of them. fast forward to now. I became a landlord and really interact with my tenants. try and make them feel at ease. The best feeling is when they say I'm the "coolest" person they've talked to. They know when its down to business, but also know that they can talk to me about issues. They are customers too. So when it comes to the team the works under me, I expect professional service from everyone because that represents the brand! I always say to my clients and tenants, if someone doesn't come on time or do it right, I will come out and do it myself. Efficiency, accuracy, being on time, and being courteous. That's what matters to Mable Properties and we pass that to our customers as well!
