I manage for local and out-of-state investors in the Toledo, OH area. My genuine interest in the industry has made my job most certainly easier as well as more enjoyable. I am continually seeking ways to improve efficiency and streamline systems between myself, owners, contractors, vendors, tenants, etc. I recognize that each category of personnel has different needs - whether that be needs of the tenant, owner, or even the property itself. I feel it is paramount to be cognizant of those needs to have cohesive systems and to ensure satisfaction for all parties involved.

One thing that I have learned in my time being in property management is to scale back emotion. It is important to have emotion in the right situations, but at the end of the day, we must use logical thinking since we do have a business to run. It is easy to get caught up in the emotional side of situations, especially in this industry, so I am glad that I have learned to condition myself early on.
