My goal is to get things done in a NEW YORK Minute. Sometimes that is not always possible but I remain consistent in attempting to accomplish my goals daily. I am very passionate in striving to work with as many people as possible but I do have a limit. I respect every client I have and refuse to answer a phone when I am with someone unless I expect a very urgent call. All my client deserve to have my full and undivided attention with no distractions. I consider myself an education junkie and strive to keep up to date on recent changes and legal ramifications. as a real estate broker I have received many designations and certifications. While them may mean nothing but initials after my name once you see me in action you get to understand what them mean. I usually have answers to most questions based on experience, bug there are times when I do get a surprise question. I will know where to find the answer and that i my claim to fame.
