I am into sports and I own a small event venue in Johnson City Tn, both of which takes up most of my free time. I am from North Carolina where I spent most of my younger life, but once I finished school, I moved to Tennessee where I love living. I never thought I'd end up in Tennessee, but with the low taxes, mild seasons, and relaxed lifestyle, it is definately home for me. I enjoy listening to live music, brewing, and traveling with my family and friends. As for business, I started my career with Century 21 in 2018, but have since moved with my team to a smaller, private real estate company called The Addington Agency. My wife is a top agent in our area and she handles the sales side of our business, while I handle the property management. My wife and I own several personal rentals as well, which helps me in understanding how important it is to find great tenants for rental investments.
