I was born in Chicago, IL and moved to the west suburbs with my family in 1972. I went to Iowa State University then to University of Illinois at Chicago and graduated from UIC in 1994 with a 5 year BArch Degree in Building Sciences. I've worked as an Architect for 15 years. I worked on various types of architectural projects including Commercial, Retail, Healthcare, Hospitality, Residential, Educational, Institutional, Restaurants, Porches and other projects. During the economic downturn projects slowed down, so I decided to pursue a career as Real Estate Investor. I went to various real estate investor seminars and I learned about how to whole sale homes using guerilla marketing, how to buy a home in a tax sale, how to buy 100+ unit apartment buildings and how to get grants to fund your investment properties, start your own business and use grant money towards your education. I also took a real estate appraisal class too. I decided to get my lease agent license and I started working for HP Realty, Inc. from 2009-2017 and now I'm working at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage since 9/20/2019, I was at Baird & Warner Downers Grove from 3/1/2017 to 9/16/2019. I’m a Licensed Broker Associate / Realtor. I already closed on many properties and I'm looking forward to meeting new Buyers / Sellers to help them find their new home or sell their home. I'm here to help people move forward in their property decisions and their lives. I'm a very ambitious person and I plan on getting managing broker’s license in a few years and then open my own office. I’m familiar with all types of homes, whether they’re old or new, brick or frame or concrete, luxury to standard type homes, and I have a lot of skills to offer. I worked on number of residential homes and commercial buildings that needed rehab. I measured and computer drafted many types of properties, single family homes, home additions and commercial projects. I worked with many contractors to make sure they complied with the construction documents, construction schedules and shop drawing submittals. I addressed and solved many construction problems in the field with my architectural background skills. During the house walkthroughs, I can help you see any construction problems with the home that a normal buyer wouldn’t notice to make sure your new home won't be a headache, because your home is one of your biggest investments in your life. In addition to my architectural skills, I have developed very strong marketing skills as a realtor. I use the computer heavily in property marketing in terms of using social media services, MLS and internet marketing websites to get your home on the market and get as much exposure as possible. In addition to newspaper, magazines and postcards to get it sold as quickly as possible. My goal is to help you find a home or sell your home.
