Hi, I’m a social entrepreneur, advisor, & real estate investor/agent. I was first bitten by the real estate bug in 2017 when my wife and I purchased our first home, a co-op apartment in Kew Gardens, Queens. Since that time, we’ve built a small portfolio of multifamily rental properties and currently own and manage 10 rental units in four buildings in Queens and Nassau Counties acquired from 2017-2023.

I love helping fellow investors and landlords create safe, desirable living spaces for their residents that enhance communities in Queens and Nassau while building wealth for investors. After six years in the business, what I value more than almost anything is having great, reliable people on my side that I can count on for a reasonable cost. As an investor myself, I understand that your goal is to maximize your income and minimize expenses. That is why it is critical for the agent or property manager you hire to align their incentives with your own.

My experience includes managing full rehabs and all aspects of property management for our rental portfolio. I hold a bachelor's degree in business management from Boston College and Masters Degree from Columbia University.
