I enjoy analyzing positive cash flowing residential, retail and commercial rental property. I have also partnered with investors in acquiring residential, retail and commercial real estate. Once we identify a property, I will help homeowners find responsible tenant that will provide them stable long term cash-flowing.
In my off time, I like spending time in the lake, taking out the jet skis, gliding in the water, swimming and relaxing. We also go on hikes and long walks along the National parks in Rainier, Olympic and Cascade Mountains with my family during the spring and summer. During winter time, my daughter and I teach ski and snowboarding to new students and our local mountain at the Summit at Snoqualmie in Washington state. I have to say that teaching is the most rewarding venture were we take never-ever skiers/snowboarders and during a course of 8 weeks see their skills progress. Most students are timid and cautious at the beginning, but with proper encouragement and guidance, we see their progression to a competent skier/snowboarder.
