I am also one of the owners of my construction company, Vision Ventures Construction and Remodeling. Through leading both of these companies, I feel we bring a strong benefit to our current and potential future clients. We not only have the opportunity to find and uncover rental property candidates for our clients, but also have the construction background to help make modifications to maximize the potential of these properties ... AND to keep them well maintained for our investor clients. We are certainly a on-stop-shop who can provide everything an investor might need.
