Sam is a Canton, TX native, Army Combat Veteran, and successful Realtor and real estate investor. After graduating from West Point in 2006, Sam became Airborne Ranger qualified and led Soldiers in Afghanistan as an infantry officer. In 2012 he started buying and managing rental properties. Sam's portfolio includes commercial buildings and single family homes. He also started local businesses CrossFit Van Zandt and Van Zandt Coffee in 2011. Both companies grew to include a location in Athens, TX. In 2020 Sam became a Realtor and started helping folks buy and sell property, specializing in land and ranches.
