My name is Rich Gaines, I am from Wetumpka, AL. My wife (Rachel) and I have five kids together and one grandson. We spend a lot of time with the kids baseball and cheer leading and try to get in the outdoors as much as possible, we love to hunt and fish! I am the Owner and Broker for Homesouth Realty Group, LLC. I have several years of experience in real estate. My services include helping clients buy, sell and manage their rental properties. I currently work for Homesouth, LLC as the property acquisition manager and am responsible for buying rental properties that meet the owners requirements. My wife and I are also owners of rental property that we manage. I am a hard worker that likes to get the tasks accomplished and for them to be done the right way.
