Our Founder:

As the founder and owner of NJF Management I have spent the past 8 years crafting my skills in the Property Management/ Real Estate world. For the past 4 years, I've spent timeless hours adapting and moving NJF in the direction that represents everything I believe in, which is to never settle for anything less than my full potential.

Dedicated to providing unparalleled service to my clients and tenants. Throughout building both my company and my name, I have gained valuable great experience & skills in leasing, property management, rehabbing, negotiating, construction, strong communication skills, marketing, design, customer service & the desire to figure it out.
