Hi there, my name is Megan, and I have worked in property management for almost 5 years! I love what I do. I currently live in Wolfforth with my fiancé, my soon to be step daughter, and our two dogs! I have managed a total of 202 apartments for 2 years. I will take care of marketing property, leasing, renewals, non-renewals, lease violations, the eviction process if necessary, walk properties prior to tenant move in/move out, and upon move take pictures. I also take care of reports such as: Market surveys, late payments and occupancy % across the board. I handle communication with tenants, and will keep you updated as anything changes. I will schedule cleanings/make readies when tenants move out. I work hard to ensure tenants are happy and your properties/units stay leased.
