Matt Vilardo’s professional experience makes him a well-rounded and unique real estate professional. Since the mid-1980s, Matt has been involved in various aspects of real estate. Matt gained valuable experience and insight in the secondary mortgage market by analyzing and rating mortgage-backed securities while working on Wall Street for Standard & Poor’s and Fitch. He has expertise in the loan application process and real estate financing. As a Pricing Manager with a multi-national shipping conglomerate, Matt learned the intricacies of contract negotiations and determined pricing strategies through the application of economic modeling.

Matt specializes in the Kalorama area, where he lived for several years. He also has expertise in Adams Morgan, Dupont, Logan, Shaw, Woodley, Van Ness, and Cleveland Park. Additionally, Matt has also had many settlements in Georgetown and Bethesda/Chevy Chase, MD.
